He is responsible for auditing the accounts of French and international companies and groups, listed and unlisted, French-GAAP and IFRS, the telecoms sector, IT engineering, services, commerce, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, energy, temporary employment and airport services, and real estate.
He carries out due diligence assignments for business combinations, business valuations, contribution and merger audits, and LBO and venture capital due diligence.
He also conducts financial appraisals of economic disputes, financial investigations.
Chartered Accountant and Statutory He is a graduate of ISEG Paris (Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion) and IPESUP-PREPASUP (preparatory school for IEP PARIS).
