Leduc-Ongay Philippe

Philippe is a Partner in the Valuation Services service line. He joined Grant Thornton in 2006.

With almost 20 years’ experience and having started his career in auditing, he quickly specialised in company valuations. In this context, he has carried out a large number of buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments, PPA(Purchase Price Allocation) and management package valuations.

Philippe is a member of the Société Française des Evaluateurs (SFEV) and is a member of the Association Professionnelle des Experts Indépendants (APEI – a professional association recognised by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers). He works on behalf of investment funds and corporate clients.
