He is in charge of statutory auditing for French and international companies and groups listed and unlisted, French-GAAP, IFRS, SOX, LSF and Solvency-II. Finance, Services, Real Estate, Retail, Industry, Luxury, Hospitality.
He carries out due diligence assignments for business combinations, business valuations, contribution and merger audits, and LBO and venture capital due diligence.
He also conducts financial appraisals of economic disputes, financial investigations.
Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Entités d’Intérêt Public (DEIP) of the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux (CNCC) and a member of the National Insurance Commission of the Compagnie Nationale des Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC).
